Your account and any invite link issued to you are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, invite link, or any program materials with another person. Access is granted to you as an individual participant.
All videos, worksheets, curricula, teaching, audio, imagery, and the "Sacred Reset Health Journey™" methodology are the copyrighted works and trade secrets of SHARMA HUGS®. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view them for your own wellness journey. You may not download, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, teach from, or use them to train any automated system without prior written permission.
The Sacred Reset Health Journey™ is educational and reflective in nature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, hydration, movement, or medication.
Beta features are provided as-is and may change, break, or be removed. You agree to keep beta content confidential and to report issues honestly through the in-app feedback tools.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate access for sharing credentials, attempting to extract materials, or otherwise violating these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SHARMA HUGS® is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
